Mandarin Smoothie

MANDARIN SMOOTHIE

BAHAN-BAHAN:
  • 500 gr jeruk orange / mandarin
  • 225 ml jus apel
  • 100 ml yoghurt
  • 25 ml madu
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • Almond iris panggang, untuk taburan

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Belah melintang jeruk orange/mandarin, peras ambil airnya (200 ml), masukkan dalam blender.
2. Tambahkan jus apel, yoghurt, madu dan gula, proses hingga halus.
3. Masukkan minuman kedalam gelas saji, tambahkan es batu.
4. Taburi atasnya dengan almond panggang, sajikan.
